handle UP
turn til locked on keg THEN Handle down! no spray. You cant tap the keg with the handle in the down position without soaking yourself and wasting beer.

Funny Video!
I own a bartending school and I show this to my students to teach them what happens when you do it wrong. Taps are easy to screw in. The threads are big. You can't do it wrong, impossible.

its a learning curve i guess even best landords have squirted them before lol, just make sure the handle is up and you will find you can screw the tap in without squirting just takes light pressure and perfect alignment of the threads and your done then handle down beer galore enjoy there is a knack comes with experience
