Any plundering of Somali waters, withouth any legitimate Somali Coatguard in the area, is a consequence of the fact that Somalia doesn't have any government. Do you know why they don't have a government? Because Islamic extremists don't respect any democratic process in the country, and they want to seize power by gunpower.
