J. Scott Campbell is a Michigander, born in 1973. His first success came at 15, when he entered and won a Nintendo contest for video game art and concepts. He got his break in comics when he went to work at Wildstorm as co-creator of Gen 13 and Danger Girl, but he has done extensive work for Marvel Comics as well. He now lives in California. Music is from Tchaikovsky's "Pathetique" Symphony No. 6 in B Minor Op. 74.

Very good art. His work has inspired my all female superhero film I'm currently putting together, with real women.

I remember him from the old Esquire Varga girls. If I select judiciously and omit his beautifully crafted nudes, it may be okay. We'll see.
