  • This helped but i'm going to buy a neti pot today to help too

  • i thought it was going to be painful putting pressure on my face due to the fact my sinuses make my face hurt ughh but it really did help relieve the pressure when applying pressure if that makes sense ha

  • thanks my sinuses been horrible this week especially on the brow....

  • Wow, I feel a little better now. I'm sure it will come back again soon, but the temporary relief feels good.

  • @TheBunnyriffic thanks, it helped

  • @xerke if you can get hold of a 5ml child oral dosing syrings, fill it with warm salt water, tilt back your head and squirt up your nose. leave the salty water up there a couple of minutes, than give your nose a big old blow - just don't look at the tissue if you're just about to eat, some of the crap that'll drain outta there will be pretty nasty.

  • wow, that actually helps. :) thanks

  • How am I supposed to watch the video if my eyes are close? Thumbs up if you peaked ;P

  • lol. I started this because I have a massive headache (I've taken excedrine all day and it hasn't worked so Iooked online for alternative relief) and instantly my eyes started feeling better, and I didn't have a stuffy/runny nose, but right after I was done I had to blow my nose. Just thought I'd say, it works well. =]
