The proof of this way is in the doing of it. One's body is transformed in a particular way. Unlike all western athletic disciplines the work is done from the inside out. One senses that all one's resources are being mobilized. It is obvious in the working of the taichichuan that it is utilizing spiritual patterns and vessels within the body that are real, palpable, and effective.

This video may be too "deep" or sophisticated to a layman to understand. It's too abstract, I'm afraid, to most Westerners who always demand "proof" or "evidence" whenever anyone talks about "chi" or in your video, "dantian".
Indeed, I believe what you said is true and I share your concern - especially the caution of "charlatan". That's why even in China, the teaching of Tai Chi has so many obstacles that results in "serfdom" -- either you believe or you don't.
