I have a book about his instruction on this method. He claimed one can attain stream entry or higher level of sainthood during this lifetime by just using this meditation method alone.
Has anyone achieve any insight using this method?

His method of practice is excellent (continuously paying attention to the fresh feeling of the body moving). Search Google for Luangpor Teean. Retreats are available in Thailand, Las Vegas and New York monasteries.
