german ships was mutch better, especialy the accuracy of the guns, british ships did also shot a lot more accuret than the japanese.

@focker0000 pretty simple. the technology of that time of germany was impressive. the japanese had also quite astounishing weaponary on their arsenal. and if you now want to blame us because we respect such stuff because of nazi rasicm, then tell me, what the hell does one have to do with the other except that they were did by the same nation in the same time?

@demoskunk In the early years of WW2 (1939-1941) Jamato class battleships were still beinng build. There were many older IJN battleships usually based on British technology. I wouldnt say that Japanese navy was so great later on. They had no radar. British battleship has longest-range naval gunnery hit in history tanks to it.

In the early years of WW2, the IJN had the most advanced and most powerful battleships and cruisers in the world. The Yamato and Musashi could have easily sunk and Allied, or German, battleship.
That is until the U.S. introduced the Iowa Class battleships.
