DESKINVADERS is a software engine which transforms your ordinary Windows desktop into a 3D virtual environment. The entire desktop is seamlessly replaced by a 3D representation of your desktop including shortcut icons, folders and background wallpaper.
The transition from a 2D desktop to a 3D desktop is both seamless and harmless, utilising the computers processor only when needed DESKINVADERS does not interfere with other applications running, making the program extremely efficient and capable of running at all times.
DESKINVADERS not only mimics and maintains the existing functionality of the Windows desktop, it also adds a few new tricks along the way, providing a whole new platform for interactivity and entertainment to explore.
