@malin2009 If you have read the book...that was a gimnick so White Fang could be saved and develop a true dog love for its savior and cease to be a fighting monster. Don't worry though be the end of the book WF faces and kills a dangerous escaped convict that did come to kill its master and his family And the final comment is: Only a wolf could have done that
