@jasminka1991 i suggest you start off with one hand if its too much and make sure u giv ur arms time 2 rest, so do torso, and next day sumthin else (incase u didint kno)

if it hurts that means its working, the more u do it (like every day at the same time 4Xample), the quicker ur body gets used to it and the faster u get the results...believe me, i used to have enormous buffalo chicken ( eagle lol) wings and now im proud of wearing sleeveless's :D

this caused pain on my arms, that's why i have to do one arm at a time. Any suggestions?
