@Locker10a All I'llsay is, it's very hard as a ticket agent, Flight attendant or a gate agent to smiles always when we get so many people who act indignantly from the start. Almost all of us at United are here because we want to be, are proud of our jobs. Sometimes that smile and Friendship Attitude is hard to keep up when you get so many customers with so much misplaced anger. I won't make excuses for poor employees, but remember we're people too and can only take so much before we shut down.

I miss the tulip. I saw a UA 747 in Melbourne yesterday....
Old colours, of course. I will miss the tulip, no matter how bad the IFE is.

@jetbluensw True everyone like low fares but flying today just isint friendly ! I wish United or any airline would (along with low fares) concentrate of friendly service again today ! I know airlines cant make moddy pax happy all the time but id love to see friendly skys return!

probably more. But I would rather have a cheap flight with peanuts and a coke and good service than a expensive ticket with a lavish meal and champangne. However you spell that. I may be jetbluensw, but my favorite airlines are United, Delta, and JetBlue (oboviously). I just wish airlines provided power ports and small snacks for sale and AVOD. I'm flying UE operated by Mesa through IAD in 2 weeks!! I am excited!!
