I believe this one looks underrated because most of the crappy UK entries (probably half of the ones that ended up 2nd) have been so underrated, whil thsi was well-rated. I do think that a few of the UK entries that did better are worse.

@komodoman That's Katie Budd and she certainly was a hugely better singer than Rikki was.

I always liked this songs, better than most UK entries in the dire 80s (musically quite terrible for the UK), especially the brunette girl in the middle is very good... :)
