"The taming of Smeagol - Treebeard."
The catching of Smeagol is quite different in the two original movies. But with a lot of short cuts it makes an overall impression that works.
There is no scene with Frodo putting on the snare over Gollum's head, just pulling it off. So I used that scene and played it backwards.
Then we are back at the positional fight between the riders of Rohan and the orcs. I made the best I could. But I know it's full of cuts that I have allready used several times, and besides that I had to change a lot of scenes from day scenes to night scenes, sometimes with a poorer result.

Hey, what you did works for me, I think it was pretty damn clever of you to do the rope thing backwards! Besides, I get the gist of the idea of what you are doing, it doesnt matter if the lip synch is off or not, I forgot about that a long time ago. I have been watching your fan/cut movies for hours now, it is now 139 am! I will watch them all tonight and forget all else,I am thankful that you were able to post these on You Tube, and thank you for making this!! Whoo hooo!! I think you did great

You did great with synching the Riders with the soundtrack, very clever way you did it too..it fits..sorry if I am commenting too much but LOTR is a huge part of me and its important to me, and this is the coolest thing on you tube! OMG the far far away line of Legolas..you did it perfect! It gave me chills!! Oooooh..I bet you were glad when the Riders finally attacked, huh? No more trying to fill in with extra orc clips! Good job w/Treebeard,at least he doesnt have leaves flying from his mouth!
