This is made for my NCIS Fanfic Series called "River's Chronicle"
A grown up River DiNozzo, just out of marine service, joins his new team in the NCIS Agency in Las Vegas. But as time went on, River never felt like he fit in with the team who just thought he was a goofball and troublemaker. He doesn't think they understand him, they just don't get his heart, his soul, or his fire.
When River is kidnapped and buried alive in an underground coffin with no way out, he is consumed with memories of his days joining the new team and his childhood with his NCIS family. He doesn't know if his team will come to save him but he wishes that he was back home in DC where he belongs with his family, the people he had always trusted to love and protect him as a child, the ones who really understand him.
Meanwhile, the rest of River's team receive videos showing River's imprisonment. They come to realize the real person behind River's facade, the one with courage and strength they never thought he possess. Racing against the clock to save River's life, they are determined to retrieve their fellow teammate and make amends.
The ending shows River's rescue, a team reunited, and River finally finding his place on the team and a group of people he could trust.
Black and white scenes show River's times as an agent on the team while the brownish color scenes show River's memories of his happy times with his NCIS family in DC.
