Law Among Planetary Peoples

Law Among Planetary Peoples is a concept I ran across recently while perusing the Majestic documents, which are alleged to document top secret military extraterrestrial encounters back in the 1940s. I chose it as a title for a piece I composed for synthesizer, because it seemed to go with the music and the NASA Footage.

The NASA live feed from the International Space Station has been some rather weird visuals both times I recorded screen captures. On this one, large mystery light, weird green lights zipping around, bright flashes, random stuff floating by. I have no idea what all is going on in this video, but I'm sure it's all normal everyday stuff, when you're an astronaut. Cosmic Rays...cheaper than cable TV.
