So is there only ONE side that the cubes will connect by? I dont understand the polarity. I'm trying to make a 6x6x6 cube and its just not working.

@Darqastic So if you take one cube's one side you can attach a second cube to that single side in 24 ways (six sides, four rotation) but there are equivalent sides and rotations. I think a cube has two sides that can connect to a specific side of another cube. About rotations, it might even depend on whether there are odd or even dots in an edge of the cube.

are they relay as strong as they seem? do you know exactly the strength of the noecube magnets are? i want to buy them but ive found some really strong ones and i want to compare. the ones i found are neodymium n38 and 5 mm in diameter.

Well they are quite strong, yeah. I only know that they are around 4.76mm in diameter.
