yeah the head comes right off.. but this process is taking you a while i took out my 4g63 two hours with the help of my dad but you did a whole lot of unnecessary things bro.. but i saw u have td05 on ur turbo.. mine has that too but im not sure what it stands for.. does anyone know? i was wondering and i looked it up and i read its a greddy.

When I removed my head The only thing I had to take off was the auto tesioner timing belt and cover and supentine belt tensioner and unhook hoses and wireing and a fuel line

Daaamn, Thats in pretty bad condition, we redone the valves on mine and it was in mint condition.....Looks like yours was drove pretty hard..

I used to have this car and when a blew it, i wasn't able to swap it. WHat i don't like about 4g63 is that it's all too tight in the engine bay.

I bought a 5 gen civic and snapped the rods, which ended up swapping with dif motor. lol! But i'm a big fan of dsm still.

I'd love to have another 1st gen
