I can confirm this is a glitch, not a hack.
How? I did it years ago, accidentally, switching my jobs around too fast... ON PS2.
I actually thought this video was of the PS2 version at first because of the screen resolution..

Yeah stuff like that are a glitch, but it's a minor glitch so I don't think it's worth fixing really.

I saw a level 75 sam with no sub job a while back, i was like 'WTF??'

no it does not stack same thing like def boost 1 and def boost 1 from pld/war do not stack

Yea it's possible but it can be a pain to get it to work. I used to do this before I'd crash at night with my bazzar up standing outside of Jeuno. Of course that was like 3 years ago, cool that it still works.

yeah i have done this myself before... no .dat or anything completely legit glitch lol... kind of an oxymoron there lol

You don't have to be super fast, the key thing is to take your time on doing it, practice makes perfect. It helps to leave a 0.5~1.0 second delay after making the main/sub jobs the same, and do not click on the "Change Job" until the water stream looking animation is complete.

Does lag have anything to do with it? I cant seem to get it right.

Well, I think only PC can do this glitch, and I'm not sure about lag, its pretty trick, but after doing it so many times, you time it perfectly and get it on your first try.
You have to actually wait a 0.5 ~ 1 second beforing selecting main job as your support job. You can't do it right away. Try to wait until you see the job list and then click your support job as your main.
