Break time on the river, pausing from sanding some sheet rock to play what is probably the first rock "song" I ever learned on guitar--"Rumble", by Link Wray. It's a low-key version of that classic--evolving into a meandering drift in E minor. A good song to for beginners, it turns out--that cascading lick is actually the rock scale that forms the basis for most guitar improvisation.
