An even rarer glimpse of a huge litter of tiny baby hedgehogs. Only a few days old!! We could not believe it when all seven of them survived. What a load of work for Mom, but she pulled through like a champ!
Never whined even once. Hmmm...Wonder if there are any of us that could take a lesson from her?

For the record - I am a firm believer in keeping all pets as well socialized as possible. Used to everyday noise, sounds of other pets, people, changes in environment, music, light etc. this will help ensure a pets comfort in a human world where they have no control and, should something happen to an owner or in an owners life, they are better able to cope with any changes that must be made.
