the majority of maquiladora employees are women.Women are considered to be preferred to men because women will typically work for cheaper wages, and are easier for male employers to direct. Some maquiladora operators have admitted a preference for women also because women often display a greater level of patience and higher dexterity than men in performing the standardized and repetitive work of an assembly plant.

I'm just annoyed at your preoccupation with something that's completely inconsequential, given the subject of the video.

This is roughly equivalent to me commenting on an overuse of adjectives on some video by one of the survivors of the sexual predations of some reprobate priest...more than just a bit on the irrelevant side...

This was sad and compelling, until I realized the person who made this video was putting random pictures of sad hispanic people probably from google, that had nothing to do with the femicides, the desaparecidos were Chileans. Iuno maybe it was a protest in Mexico that one of the victims was at, meh

No estoy de acuerdo con quienes que dicen que sólo es la culpa del gobierno, la policia y la corrupción. También es culpa del pueblo. La gente se mata entre ellos. Es una guerra civil. La policía hace parte del pueblo también. Y los narcotraficantes son gentes del pueblo, y ya fueron unos niños pobres y maltratados. Hay demasiada pobreza y la desigualdad social en México en esta sociedad ultra capitalista, sino también un problema de mentalidad, y no sólo Ciudad Juárez.
