  • I don't understand why people keep going on about the fact that Richey couldn't play the guitar. he looks as though he does a decent enough job of playing rhythm guitar, he doesn't look out of time ever. Why did he need to be a great guitarist anyway? especially when you have JDB, who is the master on guitar,

  • I don't get why they hate GATS. I get that they dislike the lifestyle they had around the time it was being recorded, but the songs on the album are great.

  • One of the songs that proves GATS is better than everything on Generation Terrorists except for Motorcycle Emptiness (of course)

  • Had this on VHS for years, fuckin great song, from a great album in my opinion,I'd love them to make another album in the same vain as this!gonna do a cover of this very soon,I'd better start practicing!

  • love this song :D

  • @bennylector they said Marc Bolan couldn't play he was actually very acomplished so do believe every thing most of it is bollacks. I play guitar and looks reasonable to me

  • Beret James is my favourite version of James.

  • @perpitbla5 i know!! this aint even near their worst!! i'd say that Lifeblood was their worst album, but they came back with Send Away The Tigers and Journal For Plague Lovers which made up for that.

  • @bennylector dude, he sucked at guitar. he was just decent at miming it.

and i'm obsessed with the guy. i would have loved it if he was secretly awesome at playing guitar. but no, he was awful at it.

    still an incredible person, though.

  • I'm really glad they've recently started adding songs from GATS to their live set. Saw them do Sleepflower & Roses In The Hospital last Thursday. Those alone made the gig monumental...and having James Dean Bradfield walk by me in the crowd!

  • one of my favourite songs off GATS

  • Richey could play but next to James well....
