@pearlduz Yeah, That would be because you need to 'satisfy the absorption' You can do this by putting a coat or alkali resisting primer (A.R.P) on the ceiling.

You guys are doing it wrong, Well not necessarily doing it wrong but your making it very hard for yourself, I must do this 80-100 times a week on my own, I will upload some videos next time I line a ceiling and then you can see how I do it myself,

i tried to wallpaper a plaster ceiling today..FAILED!!! It didnt stick.. iam going to buy the peel- and- stick lets see if it work.
