imagine "looking down from the top".. then you'll clearly see the USA on the left.. west coast "on top"

The chart isn't in the standard radiation unit of Sievert. Perhaps you could label the chart. Secondly, the degree of precision in a Geiger counter that you're able to get won't be detecting anything you mention in this video.

This video lacks concrete information while giving enough to offer speculation.  As such, this video is more of a disservice to the public.
