Champions Online - Hidden Quest Cat-astrophe

Just showing some new people how to get the hidden quest in the tutorial place. All you need to do is just follow what I do, take the cage. Then open your inventory to click on the cage to receive the quest, then you deliver it to the person. Easy quest, but you get a little EXP and Resources. Ah, the foxbat mission in the tutorial I believe he's talking about, you go behind the fence near the ambulances and he's got one foot stuck behind a little piece of rubble, you have to destroy it and he gives you a quest, go round the corner and you see his weapons crate, use it and you get a badass supersonic-Pingpong gun, it does hecka load of damage. But only 3 uses ;( Hope it helped!
