He is right. But if we figure a way to filter the air pollutant put out to produce electricity to in turn, produce hydrogen, it can be a good, clean fuel. I also think if we have solar panel fields next to the plant that uses electric fission of hydrogen and oxygen we can use the suns power to make hydrogen. Perhaps that is not possible but it is an idea.
The oil companies plan to be the main suppliers of this pricy new fuel, which will be made from the fossil fuels they own. The oil companies are the main proponents of the "hydrogen hiway".
