I think Joe Frazier just wanted the acknowledgement that he was as good as Ali, I mean people always saying Ali is the greatest of all time is fine, but once in a while say 'but that Joe Frazier gave him a run for his money'

Frazier was a warrior with the heart of a lion. He took an absolute beating in rds 13 & 14 but kept charging forward. He had no quit or fear in him. He was a great champion and a true class act. RIP Joe, you are sorely missed.

Ali was not the greatest heavyweight boxer ever, hype,hype,hype.He lost to Frazier,Norton,Spinks,Holmes,B­erbick.Should have lost to a very poor Henry Cooper but for corruption he would have.Ali asked his corner to cut the bandages on his gloves as he could not go back out for the last round of the thrilla in Minilla.Rocky Marciano was by far the best and retired undefeated.
