I think Joe Frazier just wanted the acknowledgement that he was as good as Ali, I mean people always saying Ali is the greatest of all time is fine, but once in a while say 'but that Joe Frazier gave him a run for his money'

Frazier was a warrior with the heart of a lion. He took an absolute beating in rds 13 & 14 but kept charging forward. He had no quit or fear in him. He was a great champion and a true class act. RIP Joe, you are sorely missed.

@MrSting60 hey Ali beat frazier twice he beat norton twice he beat spink after that he lost to him he was 39 and he had a muscle pain and and started to have a parkiston dissases when he lost to holmes and berbick so how could u said it was hype and the thrilla in manilla was one of the greatest match ever and Ali was domainating the entire match from the beginning i mean just look at the state of Frazir face at round of 14 so if u cant respect him for that dont insult utleast

Ali held Frazier so much... this fight was boring compared to the first. R.I.P. Joe Frazier... the greatest heavy weight of all time!

Ali was not the greatest heavyweight boxer ever, hype,hype,hype.He lost to Frazier,Norton,Spinks,Holmes,B
erbick.Should have lost to a very poor Henry Cooper but for corruption he would have.Ali asked his corner to cut the bandages on his gloves as he could not go back out for the last round of the thrilla in Minilla.Rocky Marciano was by far the best and retired undefeated. -

@007toft007 : Ridiculous comment...
Ali proved himself the best during the most competitive era in heavyweight history. It's difficult to overrate him. The dude was the greatest, literally.
