Why do the speed brakes come up before you land this is totally wreck the landing gear and if you came in at the right height and speed it would of been a good landing and the bournemouth runway is over 2500 feet long, not that short, you could of done it.

i understand about the runway at Bournemouth because i work for CTC Aviation and its not one of the best runways for larger aircraft to use!
