Waxman-Markey Legislation would moderate temperatures by only hundredths of a degree in 2050 and no more than 2/10ths of a degree at the end of the century!
And so much nonsense about CO2 Gasses?
Fact # 1.......CO2 is responsible for 3.168% total greenhouse effects.
Fact # 2......Of that, ONLY 0.117% is estimated to be man-made!
