Well that deer didn't run no where. Down through the spine, behind the shoulder. I bet you got a lung. Depending if there was any angle. Maybe a heart also. I also know Michigan has big bucks. I know that's not a 2 1/2 year old deer. Here in Ohio that is a yearling. That is only like a 120lbs-130lbs. I've shot many doe's in archery season. That was 160's lbs. You're buck is not one. look, i'm a michigan bowhunter as well. "Grand Rapids". I'm not trying to dog on you or anything. i just know tons of guys that go out and shoot a half dozen arrows the day before the opener. those same guys are always the ones that seem to be calling everyone to help track a wounded deer. it just pisses me off. you took a nice buck though never the less. but anyone who regularly weighs their deer can see that your 8 pt was no where near 160lbs. More like 130#

Well kip I can tell you are small minded and have anger issues but ill try to explain it for ya..........I shoot league archery from june to sept and did you ever take into consideration that the buck was practically right under my stand and that since I do shoot a lot b4 the season I felt comfortable with that shot? Good job nice buck dont let people get to you im from Michigan also and know a nice buck when i see one and thats one. check out my buck from this year I shot in west branch, MI

thank you!! we alays used to hunt west branch recently exit 212!! haha we used to go to a bar called the CLB. anyway i will check your vid and thanx for the comment.

Yeh in a perfect world itd be nice if everyone had acres of private land to manage big bucks but unfortunatley we don't so ill take a 2 1/2 year old 8 point for now since is my biggest deer yet!! Haha thanx for comment good luck to you and yours.
