That song is in English, and the family don't understand it (at least, the parents!). According to the number plate, they are from the Netherlands, where they speak dutch (not English).
The ad, from an English Language School is based on that, those parents happily dancing a catchy rythm so happily as they are unaware of the true meaning of the lyrics.
