You could see Bill Burton stammering while Rove ate his frickin' lunch and then start lying about "there are things he could sign into law right now"..No, they're aren't. The Democrats inthe Senate can't even pass a budget that they are CONSTITUTIONALLY MANDATED to pass each year. Why is that? Because they want to keep federal spending at the irresponsible limit to which they raised it when they owned everything. They don't want the people to see them try to deficit spend AGAIN.
