if your buyers have more money, then they will buy more things from the buisineses thus helping the economy and allowing companies to make more jobs giving the companies more money and the average americans, and if the money goes straight to the companies no one will be able to buy from them making everyone lose money,
We have at least a five year window before outsourcing to China will not be cost effective. My son is leaving for China early Nov for three years to study the language and the culture. He has been studying Chinese here in the states for over a year. We plan to sell our USA made high end products to the Chinese in the future.
Well jpcquadnet, what good is low taxes if your customers can longer afford your products? The way the economy is heading, you will probably have to lay off your workers for lack of sales. With the value of the dollar falling outsourcing to China will no longer be an option because the Chinese economy will be stronger than ours. The Chinese might even buy out your business.
I have a small business and we outsource 20% of our production to China. If my personal and business taxes increase I will lay off long term employees that enjoy paid health care, life insurance, and a 401K plan. I will increase my outsourcing to 50% to 70% and reduce my income to compensate for my tax contribution.
