Hey! Just noticed you had a question that I could answer! =]
Mineral eyeshadow are, for the most part, VERY easy to apply and super blendable.
If you use them wet, they are harder to apply, nearly impossible to blend, but much more long-lasting and metalic.
If you tap off your brush before applying it to your eye, you will minimize fallout.=]

I have a question. Would you say that these products are easy to apply (as far as the mineral eyeshadows go)? How about fall out? Is it easy to apply them dry, or is it preferably to apply them wet?
I just went on their site and they have so many beautiful colours, and I'm so curious about them. But I figured I'd ask someone with some experience first :)

As far as something for the glitters to adhere to you should just make a mixing medium.
Directions:
Get a empty water bottle and little container. Use the bottle cap as a measuring spoon and poor glycerin in the cap. Then empty into your container. Then fill the cap with water. And repeat 3 times. Finished.
Note:
Make little batches at a time so that you don't waste product. Dispose of batch every month.
