Congressional Appeal to Halt the Roundups

This video was created as an appeal to the Congressional Appropriations Committee to defund the roundups. It is an assorted collection of footage from around the West, including material from the Cloud Foundation and other wild horse advocates across the country. It showcases the brutality and cruelty these wild horses and burros must endure in these roundups. It was shown to Congress in an effort to pull the plug on funding and have the BLM explain their behavior with these cruel and negligent acts.

MY BLOOD IS BOILING!!! How can these ppl can themselves horse ppl??? They are everything all horse ppl abhore, simple minded yahoo's with no horse sense whatsoever, just callous bullies with no better way to earn a living than peddling misery. All Americans are going to have to get together and take this into a mass protest on the white house lawns, camping out if necessary to get this stopped! They are intent on doing away with all wild horse herds to take the land over for the cattle industry! The cattle industry are huge campaign donaters and so the president will always favor them. Our wild horses have become nothing but trash to do away with! They have no hearts, no thoughts as to the abuse they put these animals through.

These government-run, tax-funded, criminally abusive roundups seem to increase, despite the laws to protect wild horses and burros. Thousands of phone calls, letters, emails, post cards, FAX's, plus law suits and personal appeals to the whitehouse and congress are ignored, and the welfare of the victims disregarded, while the heartless acts of violence against innocent continues. It's Despicable! Where's the Outrage? Media is almost silent on this matter!

If that link isn't good. Search petitions at whitehouse.gov. Then, search horse. There are three important petitions to sign there. Only one has enough signatures, the one to ban slaughter. The other two are important. One is to stop inhumane treatment and preserve the 1971 Horse and Burros Act. The other is to stop the round ups. I cannot believe the lack of signatures. Please help.
