They do this about 35 minutes before tip off... and do it before lay-up lines, etc.

How long before the game did they do this, and was it before or after layup drills and stuff like that? Thanks for the video

I need to ask you some questions.. First of all. How important is it to warm up?
In my team we always do some lay ups, shooting osme and its all.
Could you tell me what should me and my team do?
2nd question. Should i do this with my team ? this warmup? If i do. should i do this first and then lay ups or?

1) a proper warm-up is essential to playing as well as you can play... mentally and physically 2) I have examples of several warm-ups on my channel... this is just one of them 3) you should do a thorough warm-up before 'lay-ups', etc.

Well i see u have many, this look pretty good, because we just have almost 45min Warm up. And we got so ... Guys in our team that they only want to play play, dont care about streach or something. i have been playing ball for long time and i know how important this is. im going to ask my coach if he likes this and see if this is pretty good, but if he dont accept it. What should i do. If i want to warm up by my self? what should i do then?

Personally, I am a Nike guy 100%, but those shoes are OK :)
