  • this is something realyy good! i was shoked with a pleasure listening to this!this is one of coolest blues play with harmonica i ever heard.and carey is great player - real ol' school!!!

  • Thank you so much. It is a pleasure putting up these Carey Bell videos. We miss him so much. Sorry about the poor sound.

  • What name is this song?

  • lonesome stranger

  • poor sound

  • I am sorry about the sound. I messed up recording this. There is no way to increase the sound. It was recoeded like this. I guess it is better than no sound at all. I know it would be so much better to increase the sound and hear Mr. Bell perform with a loud booming volume. I apologise for this. Thanks for your comment.

  • i need to find the song .. "lonesome stranger".... I don´t find it anywhere. Please, help me.

  • When aired, the one hour episodes included interviews with the artists. The shows were available on VHS after their airing, and NETV for a fundraiser in 2001 also did a compilation of three shows, Coco Montoya, Charlie Musslewhite, and Luther Allison as a premium for pledging $250. I have these shows on DVD (they're not available to the public) dubbed directly from the master tape of the show. I think NETV would be interested in the unauthorized rebroadcast of copyrighted work.

  • This was copied off a VHS Tape produced by Nebraska Educational Television entitled Backstage Pass. In 1997, NETV filmed a series of shows at the world famous Zoo Bar in Lincoln, NE. Carey Bell, Coco Montoya, Charlie Musslewhite were among the six shows they filmed, the most famous being Luther Allison, as the show was the second from the last he ever performed, and the last show of Luther's recorded in any format, shortly before he passed. I was there for all these sessions back in '97.

  • that's ok ;D

his music speaks for itself,it doesn't need to be more loud.. it's just great ;)

Thank you for posting this video!
