Brad didn't cheat on Jennifer, they were having problems anyway and when he met Angelina she would not allow the attraction to evolve any further until he had broken up with Jennifer (I actually know Angelina and infidelity is totally against her principles because of the heartache her father caused when he cheated on her mother)
