  • hey, good job bud. i just finished painting my car, and im no pro so i dont have the right painting area. just a project i guess. is there any way for me to get little specs out of my paint? its a dark color and the specs are white, so it shows. someone mentioned buffing it out?

  • @MONSTERenergyX Yes you can sand and buff them out! Check out the blog on learnautobodyandpaint . com

  • heres a tip man. dont flick your wrist when you end the line. it causes your coats to be uneven and it will show later.

  • @cjmorton well, thanks for the advice, but this was a "blend job" when blending you need to do this. It is easier when painting a flat color like this but when painting micro sequence or fine metallic you need to watch the paint and make sure you get a good coverage before clearing. Thanks but I've done this many times and have been painting for 10 years.

    Cheers

Well what I do with Mica. Is doo a drop coat first because you need to allign the Metallic flakes and put an even full coat on. With flash off time obviously.

  • @mfrowen All you do is blend it.
