@IHBBabe Good answer to Warlsss's post...that's exeactly why I have SPD's on my road bike. I run SPD's on my Scott touring bike and Gary Fisher dual suspension single track bike. Besides you can walk / run properly with SPD's, not so with Road bike shoes / cleats...practicality really.
