If you have a chance... find someone who knows the dance. It is 45 minutes long... every step appears to be easy for anyone from age 9 to 90 ... in fact, our teacher, who learned directly from Beinsa Duono, danced until she was 92. And... the movements are totally stimulating, purifying, and correcting for all the channels of the body to have the right mixture of electric and magnetic nourishment--there's no simple way to put this, it's just magical and really transformative, too.
