does this work similar to EFT where you need a statement or an emotion to work on. If not how do you guage whether or not you've balanced your brain properly. I did the corteses balance procedure and didn't feel any different. I'm not really sure what I'm supposed to be looking for.

This is very useful, but Loz, your hand is out of shot when tapping on the chest, so people watching may not be able to see this.
