Ian McMaster in conversation via Skype with FOM students (Part 2 of 2)

The Editor-in-chief of Business Spotlight, Ian McMaster, was kind enough to join us via Skype from his hotel in Switzerland, where he was attending a conference, to speak about the book Communicating Internationally in English, which Bob Dignen of York Associates and he co-authored.

The Hochschule für Ökonomie und Management (FOM) students on the Bachelor in International Management study programme had not had a chance to read the book in any depth, but still managed to ask a number of probing questions, which Ian was able to answer with great clarity and authority.
