@NCW250 - he was born in Washington (Tyne & Wear - or County Durham if you prefer) and raised/educated in Jarrow. I met him after a concert in 2005, lovely guy!

Why is the bass player standing in that most strange manor? And why does the cameraman seems to focus on Alan Price via the chap's crutch? Small point wasn't Mr Price come from Sunderland whilst the rest of the Animals came from New Castle? May he continue!

Alan's only one of the best musicians of all time. You guys in England don't know how lucky you are. He plays somewhere over there a few times every month. I'm going to fly over there just to see him live. Pick up "Shouts Across the Street" if you don't have it.
