  • Actually not as bad as it looks. Just hurt like and S.O.B. when I got home and cleaned them up.

    You have never seen Zercher squats!! What!!! Add them to your program NOW!! Lol! Everyone should endure this torture! Lol! All kidding aside, they are great for building the hip flexors and quadriceps. Yeah, I know I am doing the wiggle worm with them, but still getting used to the movement. I prefer the Zercher to the traditional Front Squat, it is easier on my shoulders.

  • haha i now thats going to hurt tommarow your hands. and i never seen thise kind of front squats before. and its kind of funny how no one even bothers looking at you they just keep lookin stright forward haha. and your gym is set up pretty weird its like built in sections.
