Nick and Coco fell over :(
They were both fine though.
I think they did really well to finish the round!

  • lol small tallboots much? XD

For all them people making snotty comments, don't listen. I bet they're not as good as Nikki.(: It happens to everone. He was on the right lead and it wasn't a bad turn therefore nobody is at fault. Glad he was okay and got back on! The onlt thing is he should've made sure the horse wasn't injured, despite getting up there still could be a problem.

    Great Vid! :D

  • @HunterJumper175 thank you for this comment!! He did check the horse, and I didnt put that in beacuse I thought it would be a bit boring to watch .. but wish I left it in after all the comments! :)

  • well... tell nick to tighten the reins they are too loose the tighter the reins= the more control and the more control= the better cahnce to stay on and make sure he puts his HEELS DOWN

  • @wolfpup00101 thanks but this was more than 2 years ago!

  • in the video, how long had he been riding?

  • @saddlebredhorsegirl I think about 4-5 years

  • Some of these comments amaze me...I can tell the Real horse people and the ones who think they know all. He is a great rider and has a great little pony. Accidents do happen. And for the people who think he didnt check his horse...well check again. You can tell the video was cut off when he went back over to his horse and then turned back on when he got back on. And as you can see the horse went right back into jump mode...no harm done at all. Happy horse and Happy rider..period.

  • It takes a "special" person to make rude & negative comments on a video like this. The turn wasn't that bad--I see a lot worse in professional tournaments on tv and those horses do just fine. I think this guy is a really good rider and the horse performed very well.

  • I looked down to grab an iced gem and then I looked up and the horse and rider were standing next to each other. :P

  • @wolfpup00101 "the tighter the reins= the more control"...well i mean theres having contact with the horse which is having not a 'tight' rein, but having a feel for the horses mouth. from what i can see he does have a nice amount of contact. i can control my mare with a loose rein just fine. you dont need to rip the horses mouth to have control. you dont control the horse with the reins at all, you use your seat, energy, and leg pressure. reins are meant as a last result thing.

  • she should have checked her horse that was a BAD fall!

  • Hope your ok ! Song?

  • @horsie623 I know but sometimes if you tighten them a little not too much it WILL help. In the video you can see the reins drooping over the horses neck and they are too long

  • @wolfpup00101 Tighter reins don't always help, they sometimes do more damage then good. I hope you remember that in the future when your horse starts hurting at the mouth...

  • people...things like this happen, it's neither horse nor riders fault. Maybe he could have improved something but who cares, they were obviously both okay because he got back on and the hprse continued jumpign like nothing had happened. so chill

  • @showjumperboy

    Haha that's alright. (:
