No, it is not required for admission. It is, however, required for graduation. If you are considering coming here, don't worry about the IOTC, it's really easy to pass.

@megalordification you have to finish it in 3 min or else you fail. and sure ANYTHING can LOOK easy but its not when you actually do it..
