The score can be gotten from musicroom if youre in the uk, this is the Johann de Meij arrangement for concert namd published by G. Schirmer, as far as I can tell, a couple of numbers changed key (The dance I comes to mind, the solo wouldnt be nice in B major (The original is for clarinet in A) - I dont know if you can get the whole score as one, i think its sold movement by movement.
