This video was a response to a comment I got on the other video, so I redid the pushups. The very first pushup is with the feet very close, to show the difference in stabilization. Then I do 19 more with my chest touching the ground, back straight. I made the video right after I woke up ,lol. *Oh yah don't mind the corny music, I was just trying to figure out how to use the windows movie maker.*

  • awesome

  • First off, major props on doing 20 reps, one-arm'ers are near impossible for most. But a few of the reps were not complete. To get the full benefits, mainly the stretch and range of motion for strength, you'll have to lower yourself to the floor and touch the of your pec to the floor, and straighten your arm at the top. You're doing awesome man, awesome. Keep up the good work.

  • Gay music but good job! I can do 20 also I'll be happy once I get to like 40

  • Nice, great job! 5+

  • great job!

  • If you have training partner get them to assist you on the 4th, 5th and 6th rep etc. Or you could go to failure on 3reps then switch to normal pushups or do one arm from the knees.

  • Nice, hey that song's from shinobi PS2 right?

  • hey i can only do 3 one armed pushups per arm and its frustrating. how long did it take you to build up to 20?and you have any tips?

  • will10052 also made sly comments about my push ups on youtube, The weird thing is that he hasn't listed any video's up himself, yet for months he has been slating everyone elses attempts, He needs to grow up, Nice work man, they were really good. Take Care, Bren

  • Very nice. What sort of training did you do to build up to that. Did you just do plyo pushups and other viariations, or what? cheers.
