I used to work there...funnily enough all these comments , though slightly barbed and bitter, are quite close to the truth.

Wonder why McNutter and co are so keen to spend such vast sums of our money on an organisation that couldn't out-forecast mystic Meg from Billy Smart's travelling circus?
